Silver Contract.

TEAMService Silver for Hydraulic Elevators. Occasionally, customers will choose not to have for a Full Maintenance Agreement but still need more coverage than the typical Oil & Grease contract. The Silver Maintenance Agreement provides peace of mind, at minimal cost, for customers who prefer not to roll it the cost of unlimited regular time service calls and the potentially cost of major components into the monthly preventative maintenance agreement amount.

Silver Agreement Includes:

	Dependable examination, cleaning and lubrication of parts.
	Quality Assurance: Our internal quality control program insures optimum and reliable operation of your elevator.
	Limited preventive maintenance for buildings that do not require full packages.
	Limited parts repair and replacement
	Service Requests during regular hours
