Our International Technical Services (ITS) center, formely National Technical Services, is located in Dallas, TX. ITS-Americas provides our mechanics with the latest in diagnostic tools, trouble-shooting support, PC board repair and technical training.

All these efforts are geared towards providing customers with a company that can service all major brands of elevators. Customers can now choose one service provider to maintain almost any major brand of elevator.

ITS-Americas trains more than 400 technicians a year while issuing over 2,000 diagnostic tools which allow technicians to easily pinpoint problems. This training is to help support the more than 50,000 units manufactured by other companies that ThyssenKrupp Elevator maintains.
