Self Supported
The ThyssenKrupp synergy self-supported elevator is designed to offer you the highest level of ride quality, efficiency and performance while totally supporting itself. It is engineered to allow the loads imposed by the elevator system to be transferred from the machine at the top of the hoistway, down the guide rails, ending in the pit below.
Building Supported
The ThyssenKrupp synergy building-supported elevator is designed to rely on the building structure for support. Similar to the synergy self-supported elevator, ride quality, efficiency and performance have been engineered with excellence. This type of synergy comes in two different series.
Self Supported
- Wood construction or similar designed buildings not intended to carry the loads of an elevator system
- Buildings with total floor travel up to 85’-0”
- Elevator capacity up to 3500 lbs.
- Elevator speeds of 150 fpm
- Standard cab finishes and flooring
Building Supported Standard Series
- Steel, concrete, or other equivalent building construction methods capable of carrying the loads of an elevator system
- Buildings with total floor travel up to 300’-0”
- Elevator capacity up to 4000lbs.
- Elevator speeds up to 350 fpm
- Standard cab finishes and flooring
Building Supported Performance Series
- Steel, concrete, or other equivalent building construction methods capable of carrying the loads of an elevator system
- Buildings with total floor travel up to 300’-0”
- Elevator capacity up to 5000 lbs.
- Elevator speeds up to 500 fpm
- Standard or Premium cab finishes and flooring
